MADRAS HIGH COURT RULES- ADMIRALTY Contains all the rules that is formulated by the Madras (now Chennai) High Court and is required to be followed in Admiralty matters in this Court. This is the Convention that governs arrest of ships. Although India has not signed this convention, The Supreme Court of India (the Apex Court) in m.v.
